Defective items only:
We accept returns only if the item has a manufacturing defect or damage that was not identified before shipping. If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. - Return conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Clear evidence of the defect (photos of the item and packaging) is required.
- Return process:
- Contact us at pam@tanbrookstudios.com within the specified timeframe with a detailed description of the issue and the required photos.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting the defective item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Damage caused by use, washing, or improper handling.
